Vedic texts are not just myths

The modern scientists now also agree that the human race was brought here from some other dimensions and gods looked over it. Krishna’s Dwarka and the war between Krishna and Shalwa is described in the Mahabharata. The various weapons used in the war are also detailed including thunderbolts from flying machines in the sky and weapons, resembling nuclear warheads and machines that seem to be like flying saucers.  Till recently, Dwarka was called a myth by modern historians, just like Ram Setu or Mahabharata or Saraswati River. It is anyone’s guess that most of these historians were from the West or with western education as the basis and were towing the line of Macaulay, who in 1836, was convinced that Indians were economically and culturally very advanced. He felt it that the only way to rule this country was to make Indians believe that their culture was inferior to the British and their knowledge was primitive. Any proof of the supremacy of the east over the west ...

Mystic Mantra: The journey from darkness to light

Gita says a life led only for self-gratification is a life of sin. A human body is the only dimension where one can move from darkness to light. Tamso maa jyotir gamaya. When you look at the night sky, what is it that catches your attention first? The moon. Why? Because it is the brightest. Sun, moon, stars are all gods and goddesses and the universe is full of them. Some of them are in the light, them you can see. Others are in darkness. When you go in deep states of dhyan you are able to interact with them, and you actually see the pits of darkness they are in and the pain they experience because we got this chance, a human body, to move from darkness to light. They also got a chance but lived a selfish life, hence are in darkness. Sanatan Kriya gives you the ability to see their dimensions. To get a first-hand experience of this darkness, sit in a closed dark cupboard. Ask someone to lock it from the outside and lock the room and do not open it for 3-4 hours. In that...

THIS HOLI, PURIFY YOURSELF WITH SANATAN KRIYA

The physical creation is a manifestation of the five elements in their various permutations and combinations. These elements come together to form a body because there is an impurity or  dosh a. As per ayurveda , these  doshas  are  vata pita and kapha , as per other vedas it is a selfish/negative thought. The  dosha  along with its action tendency determines your  prakriti  or basic nature. The level of impurity reflects upon the thought process of a person. The purer are the elements, the higher are the thoughts and more are the impurities, the grosser thoughts one catches from the environment. Fire or  agni  deserves a special mention among the five elements as it is the only element that cannot be polluted. It is also the only element that rises up, despite the pull of gravity. The implication of this is that  agni  purifies anything that comes in contact with it and holds the capacity to make you rise. No wonder i...

Peace of Devik Mind

In Gita, Krishna tells Arjuna: Krodhaat bhavati sammohah sammohaat smritivibhramah | smritibhramshaat buddhinaasho buddhinaashaat pranashyati ||2-63|| (From anger comes delusion, from delusion a lapse of memory, from lapse of memory there is destruction of buddhi, and from destruction of buddhi person is destroyed.) Krishna in the battlefield of Kurukshetra, gives Arjuna the gyan of deta chment (vairagya) from the fruits of war, to stay untouched from the attachments of anger, jealousy, resentment, grief etc., for the body is perishable, as it is one has to die… attachments only expedite self-destruction. Whenever you do anything with extra passion or attachment, it is equivalent to anger, because body reacts same way—the metabolic rate shoots up, resulting in faster pulse and rapid breathing. These are also the symptoms of a person who is dyin...

WHAT IS CHARITY?

The simplest definition of charity is when you do something for someone without expecting anything in return for it. If someone asks, it obviously means he needs it and your duty is to redistribute what God has given to you. For a Sadhak the path is to evolve, to reach a higher state of being and to reach a higher state of being. Charity is one of the 5 Yama defined in the 8 fold path of Yoga which a Sadhak has to practice for evolution. Let us take up the example of a person who goes in a function and has donated a lot of money. He goes up on a stage and announces his contribution in front of the audience.Would you call this charity? No, this is a business. The gentleman has used his money to buy appreciation and praise for himself. He has exchanged his money for some name and satisfaction of his ego.Charity should be like—the left hand should not know what the right hand is doing because it is not the right hands business to know. One should give irrespective of what use i...
