Self healing with Sanatan Kriya

The physical body consists of five elements in various permutations and combinations. These elements are controlled by the dimension of colour. Everything in creation has a colour to it. Even the colourless is a colour and every colour has a specific frequency. Everything looks the way it does because it is in a state of balance as it is vibrating at a specific frequency. Yogi Ashwini is the spiritual head of Dhyan Ashram If there is an imbalance in any of these colours or energy, the manifestation happens in colours, which further effects the object which maybe the physical body that we are talking about in this case. That distortion is called a disease, also called imbalance in Ayurveda. To correct that imbalance, there are various powerful techniques given in Sanatan Kriya under the topic of self-healing. For example, if you have an upset stomach, the primary constituting colours of stomach are – green and light saffron. By introducing the right shade of these colours into...

THE LORD OF ELEMENTS

The word 'tatva' translates as element, something which is created and not the creator. Everything that is created is composed of 16 tatvas. The first five–prithvi (earth), jal (water), agni (fire), vayu (air) and akash (ether)—pertain to the Bhuloka or earth. The sixth element is the Shiv tatva, which corresponds to the agya chakra, located at the centre of the forehead. Between the visshudhhi and agya, there are 11 more tatvas and yet the Shiv tatva is called the sixth tatva because Shiv is adi, anadi, anant, akhand... which is beyond the comprehension of buddhi. A normal human brain functions on 7-8 per cent efficiency, which is enough for experiences of physical world, but to experience Shiv tatva, activation of higher senses is required. There are three knots in the body—Brahm Granthi, Vishnu Granthi and Rudra Ganthi. It is easiest to open the Brahma Granthi; Vishnu Granthi also opens up relatively easily, but opening the Rudra Granthi is extremely difficult. Till it ope...

The Frequency Secret

All of creation is run on prana shakti—the shakti that exists in its every aspect. It is a vibration that originates from brahma, the subtlest of frequencies. When prana originated, the frequency level started changing. Prana divided itself into five frequencies of the five elements—prithvi, jal, akash, vayu, and agni. These elements then combined together in various permutations and combinations to form different things in creation including our body. Our body is a combination of the varying prana frequencies in the form of the five elements. From time to time, this combination varies from person to person; and in the same person, too. These elements make one woman pretty while another not so; cause one man to be healthy and another to be diseased. When one element increases in frequence, one or all the others diminish accordingly, as the sum total is constant. At the level of prana, it is clairvoyantly seen as a change in frequency from the subtler to grosser or visa versa, from ...

Breathe Your Way to a Youthful Glow

With age you always notice a progressive decline in skin texture and complexion. A baby is glowing pink whereas most adults, even in their prime, are plagued with diseased skin and dull complexion. This is because in the process of growing up one is exposed to certain unnatural practices and stimuli from which it was kept protected in the womb. Take for example the simple act of breathing. If you observe a baby breathing you would notice a pronounced abdominal movement. The stomach inflates as it breathes in and deflates as it breathes out. If you observe your own breathing patterns, most likely, you will find it to be the opposite and with little or no abdominal movement…this breathing pattern of yours, holds the key to the way you look and your present state of health. Abdominal breathing maximizes the up and down movement of the diaphragm and ensures that lungs function at their optimal level, that is, they throw out spent air completely and also adequately replenish the body wi...

The Meaningful Colors of Creation

Let us understand the process of evolution in a human being. Our body consists of five elements, of which earth and ether elements are at the two extremes. When the earth element starts reducing and the ether element starts increasing, then a human being starts moving up the ladder of evolution. Valmiki transformed overnight from being a dacoit to a yogi, with a slight change in the ratio of elements. Let’s say the ratio of earth, water, fire, air and ether in a normal person is 5:4:3:2:1. If the earth element changes even slightly from five and the ether element increases just slightly, then the whole body of the person changes. When the earth element reduces then the effect of maya (attachments) also reduces. When the akash or ether element increases, you have the experience or realisation of what the creation is all about. You cannot understand the etheric world just by sitting and listening to discourses; to experience the etheric, it is necessary that the ratio of these eleme...

Beyond The Five Elements

The entire creation consists of purush and prakriti or the five elements, which in various permutations and combinations make the creation in totality. All individual beings are a part of these five elements at the physical level. The purush aspect is individualistic and manifests at will, where the combination of these elements are most suitable for it backed by its karmic balance. Most perceive the world and themselves as just the five elements and all they worry about are those five elements, nothing more than that. Sanatan Kriya details these as bandhans, those who do not have these bandhans are called bandhan mukt. Stillness is the key to untie oneself from these bandhans. In vedic sciences, there is specific practice called tatva shuddhi that leads to stillness of the five elements, or prakriti. Only when that stillness is achieved are you able to access the other part of the creation, the purush tatva. Till your elemental or physical awareness does not dissolve, yo...
