Stalling Ageing Through Cell

At the time of conception, you were just one cell. Gradually this cell divided itself, multiple times repeatedly, to create the body that you identify yourself with today. In the process of growing up and your day-to-day activities, the cells keep on dividing. Each cell can divide only a limited number of times (modern science calls it the Hayflick limit) and every new cell is weaker than the parent cell.
