Sanatan Kriya, meaning, the complete technique, is a Yogic Kriya based on Vedic texts that encapsulates all the eight limbs of Sage Patanjali’s AshtangYog. It is simple to do; involves no complicated twists and turns of the body and has a phenomenal impact on the physical, mental and emotional health of a person. The kriya can easily be incorporated into the hectic lifestyle of modern man.

What makes Sanatan Kriya different?
Just like in an organization the labour union is under the control of the manager who is under the control of the CEO, in our body too there exists a hierarchy where outer layers control and affect a change in the physical layer, or the body that we see. Sanatan Kriya touches upon all layers of a being, enabling one to affect a desired change and balance from core to periphery.

What also makes Sanatan Kriya truly genuine and effective is the fact that it is completely sanitized of commerce. In fact, this is what renders all the ‘yoga courses’ that are sold in the market ineffective. Yoga is a sadhna, not a business.
